Due to the nature of our services — including software development, web design, hosting, digital marketing, domain registration, and cloud/email solutions — we do not offer refunds once a service has been initiated, delivered, or consumed in part or full.


2. Advance Payments & Deposits

  • All advance payments and deposits made for project initiation are non-refundable.

  • These payments cover resource allocation, planning, and initial development work.

 


3. Marketing & Branding Services

  • Campaign setup, branding, and marketing services involve strategy, research, and execution. These are non-refundable once the campaign or work has been initiated.


4. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for services purchased in error or due to a change of mind. Please ensure you fully understand the service scope before making a purchase.


5. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with a delivered service, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery of project. We will assess the issue and attempt to resolve it to your satisfaction, which may include:

  • Revisions or improvements

  • Alternative solutions or service credit
