Welcome to Chizrinz Infoway Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or products, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

We provide a range of services including (but not limited to):

  • Custom Software Development and Sales

  • Website Design & Development

  • Digital Marketing & Branding

  • Hosting & Domain Registration

  • Cloud & Server Solutions

  • Business Email Solutions

Specific terms related to each service may be outlined in individual project agreements or Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.

  • Cooperate with our team and provide timely feedback and approvals.

  • Respect intellectual property and usage guidelines.

  • Comply with applicable laws, including data protection and content regulations.

3. Payment Terms

  • All services are billed as per the quotation or project agreement.

  • Payments must be made as per the agreed milestones or billing cycle.

  • Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.

  • No refunds are issued once services have commenced or digital products have been delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All code, content, and designs created by Chizrinz Infoway Pvt. Ltd. remain our property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed assets may be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

5. Third-Party Services

  • We may use third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, domain registrars, ad platforms).

  • We are not liable for outages, errors, or issues caused by such third-party vendors.

  • Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

  • This obligation continues even after the termination of the business relationship.

7. Warranties and Limitations

  • Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free results.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any project or ongoing service under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of terms by the client

  • Non-payment or delayed payment

  • Abusive or unethical behavior

Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared, and work completed up to that point will be delivered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of  Kerala, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kollam ,Kerala.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
